As an important agricultural country in south-central Africa, Zambia’s demand for grain processing equipment has been increasing in recent years. In order to improve the production efficiency and product quality of enterprises, Mr Mubarak, the head of a leading grain processing enterprise in Zambia, came to China in March 2025 to conduct a site visit to our company.
The focus of Mr Mubarak’s visit was on complete sets of maize milling equipment and grain cleaning equipment. Zambia’s agriculture is dominated by maize cultivation, and the market demand for maize processing equipment is huge. Therefore, he hopes to introduce a set of high-efficiency, energy-saving and adapted to the local climatic conditions of the equipment, in order to meet the needs of the enterprise to expand the scale of production.
During the inspection, Mr Mubarak showed great interest in our production equipment and technology. He paid special attention to the degree of automation, ease of operation and maintenance costs. Our technical team introduced in detail the advanced technology of the equipment, such as efficient cleaning system, intelligent screening technology and customised production line configuration. In addition, in view of the unstable power supply in Zambia, our company provides energy-saving equipment solutions to ensure the stable operation of the equipment even under low-power environment.
Mr Mubarak personally witnessed the operation of the equipment during his visit to the production workshop. He was impressed by the efficient performance and stability of the equipment, especially its excellent performance in handling high humidity corn, which gave him confidence in its adaptability.
After the inspection, Mr Mubarak said: ‘Your equipment has advanced technology, standardised production process and strict quality control, which makes me look forward to future cooperation. Especially your customised solutions for the Zambian market show me your professionalism and sincerity.’ Finally, he decided to purchase a set of complete maize milling equipment with a daily processing capacity of 200 tonnes.
At present, the equipment has been successfully delivered and put into use. Mr Mubarak gave the following feedback: ‘The equipment runs stably, the capacity is beyond expectation, the operation is easy and the maintenance cost is low. Your after-sales service is also very timely, which solves our worries.’ He also said that he would continue to cooperate with our company in the future to further improve the mechanisation level of the enterprise.
This cooperation not only provides Zambian customers with advanced grain processing equipment, but also further consolidates our company’s position in the African market and contributes to China-Zambia agricultural cooperation.
