As an important agricultural country in the Middle East, Iran has been increasing its demand for grain processing equipment in recent years. In order to improve the production efficiency and product quality of the enterprise, Mr Javad Karimi, the general manager of Zar Grain and Oil Group, a famous grain and oil processing enterprise in Iran, came to China in January 2025 to make a field inspection of our company.
The focus of Mr Javad’s visit was on complete wheat milling equipment and corn deep processing equipment. Iran is one of the major producers of wheat and corn, but the local grain processing equipment is relatively old and the processing efficiency is low. Therefore, he hopes to introduce a set of high-efficiency, energy-saving and adapted to the local needs of the equipment, in order to enhance the production capacity and market competitiveness of the enterprise.
During the visit, Mr Javad showed great interest in our production equipment and technology. He paid special attention to the degree of automation, ease of operation and maintenance costs. Our technical team introduced in detail the advanced technology of the equipment, such as efficient cleaning system, intelligent screening technology, and customised production line configuration. In addition, in response to the high local requirements for quality and efficiency of grain processing in Iran, our company provides optimised equipment solutions to ensure stable operation of the equipment even under high load conditions.
Mr Javad witnessed the operation of the equipment when he visited the production workshop. He was impressed by the efficient performance and stability of the equipment, especially its excellent performance in handling wheat with high humidity, which gave him confidence in its adaptability. After the inspection, he decided to purchase one set of complete wheat milling equipment with a daily handling capacity of 150 tonnes and one set of corn deep processing equipment.
At present, the equipment has been successfully delivered and put into use. Feedback from Mr Javad: ‘The equipment runs stably, the capacity is beyond expectation, the operation is easy and the maintenance cost is low. Your after-sales service is also very timely, which solves our worries.’ He also said that he will continue to cooperate with our company in the future to further improve the mechanisation level of the enterprise.
This cooperation not only provides Iranian customers with advanced grain processing equipment, but also further consolidates our company’s position in the Middle East market and contributes to Sino-Iranian agricultural cooperation.
