New Zealand Customer Inspection Case: High-efficiency Grain Processing Equipment Helps New Zealand Agriculture Upgrade

Inspection process

Upon arrival in Zhengzhou, the team first visited our production plant. Here, they witnessed our advanced production equipment and strict quality control process. The technical team introduced in detail the core technologies of the wheat milling equipment, including the highly efficient cleaning system, intelligent sieving technology and customised production line configurations.Ms Sarah showed great interest in the degree of automation and high efficiency of the equipment, in particular the excellent performance of the equipment in handling wheat with high humidity, which gave her full confidence in the adaptability of the equipment.

Afterwards, the team visited our customised production line for a demonstration, and Ms Sarah was particularly interested in the ease of operation and maintenance cost of the equipment. Our technical team demonstrated the intelligent control system and convenient operation process of the equipment through practical demonstration, Ms Sarah said, ‘Your equipment is not only technologically advanced, but also easy to operate, which is very important for our staff.’

Customer Feedback

After the visit, Ms Sarah spoke highly of our equipment and technology. She said, ‘New Zealand’s agricultural market has very high requirements for processing equipment, and your equipment not only meets our needs, but also excels in energy saving and environmental protection. This is exactly what we need.’ In the end, Ms Sarah decided to purchase a 60 tonnes per day wheat milling plant.

Now that the plant has been delivered and is in operation, Ms Sarah’s feedback is: ‘The plant is running very smoothly and has exceeded our expectations. The operation interface is user-friendly, and the staff can operate it proficiently after simple training. What’s more, your after-sales service team is very professional and promptly solved the problems we encountered during installation and commissioning.’
