Animal Oil Negative Pressure Melting and Separation Project is mainly used to process animal fats and oils such as lard, tallow, palm oil, etc. to improve their quality and added value.

Description

1.Process Flow
Applicable objects of the equipment: lard, duck oil, chicken oil, and other animal oil refining process
Equipment Process Flow:
Fresh material / frozen material→crushed→preheat→transport→negative pressure boil→oil residue separation→crude oil→filter→refined oil
oil residue→press

2.Main steps
2.1 Raw material preparation
• Cleaning: Remove impurities from animal fat, such as blood, bone fragments, etc.
• Crushing: Animal fats are cut into small pieces or pulverized to facilitate better heating and solvent penetration during the melting process.
2.2 Melting
• Heating: The prepared animal fat is put into a melting pot and heated at a certain temperature to melt the fat into a liquid state.
• Negative Pressure Conditions: During the melting process, a vacuum environment (i.e., negative pressure conditions) is created to lower the boiling point of water and other volatile substances by lowering the pressure of the environment, thereby removing these impurities more effectively.
2.3 Dehydration and deodorization
• Dehydration: Heating under negative pressure accelerates the evaporation of water, thus removing water from fats and oils.
• Deodorization: Also under vacuum condition, remove the odor and other volatile impurities in the oil through high temperature treatment to improve the purity and quality of the oil.
2.4 Filtering
• Remove impurities: After melting, the grease needs to be filtered to remove solid impurities such as meat scraps, bone fragments, etc.
2.5 Cooling and storage
• Cooling: Treated grease needs to be cooled to a suitable temperature and then packaged or stored directly.
• Storage: Refined oil products should be stored in a dry, cool place to extend shelf life.

3.Technical characteristics
3.1 Improve the oil quality
Negative pressure melting can reduce the degree of oxidation and decomposition of oils, reduce the production of harmful substances and improve the quality of oils.
Fractionation can separate oils into components with different melting points, making the product more pure, with better stability and taste.
3.2 Increase the added value of the products
Through fractionation, oil fractions with different melting points can be obtained, and these fractions can be further processed and treated according to market demand to produce high value-added products.
For example, high melting point oil components can be used in the manufacture of soap, lubricants and other products, and low melting point oil components can be used in food processing and other fields.
3.3 Energy-saving and environmental protection
Negative pressure melting can reduce the heating temperature of oil and reduce energy consumption.
The fractionation process adopts cooling crystallization and filtration separation, which does not require the use of chemical reagents and reduces the pollution of the environment.
