1.Cleaning: Remove iron, small and large impurities and stones.
2.Wet wheat: Watered wheat is stored in the warehouse for 12-24 hours.
3.Polishing machine: Wheat is polished using iron roller polisher.
4.Milling: Wheat/grains are ground into flour using roller mills.
5.Sieving: Flour can be sifted according to the required fineness.
6.Flour Packaging: Flour can be packaged in 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg as per your requirement.
Advantages of wheat milling production line equipment
1.Multi-stage cleaning, high-efficiency removal of impurities
Multi-process synergy: through the combination of multiple processes such as screening, de-stoning, magnetic separation, wind selection, etc., it can remove all kinds of impurities in raw materials (such as sediment, stones, metal debris, wheat husk, mouldy grains, etc.), and the cleaning effect is more thorough.
Graded processing: different cleaning modules are designed for different impurities (such as vibrating screen to remove large particles, specific gravity de-stoning machine to separate stones, magnetic separator to adsorb metals), avoiding the problem of insufficient processing capacity of a single device.
2.Advanced grinding principle
Roller grinding technology: modern milling machine mostly adopts roller grinding (composed of a pair of rollers with teeth or smooth surface), through the adjustment of roller gap and speed, the degree of crushing of wheat is accurately controlled to realise the endosperm scraping layer by layer, and reduce the mixing of endosperm and bran.
Graded milling: through multiple grinding and sieving (such as skin milling, heart milling and residue milling system), different particle size flour is gradually extracted to improve the milling rate and flour purity.
3.High-precision regulation ability
Automatic adjustment of roll spacing: real-time adjustment of roll spacing through hydraulic or pneumatic system to ensure stable grinding pressure and adapt to different hardness of wheat varieties.
Temperature control protection: Equipped with temperature sensor to prevent flour paste or nutrient loss due to friction overheating during the grinding process.
4.Optimisation of flour output quality
Low breakage rate: Fine grinding reduces excessive breakage of wheat germ and bran, retaining more nutrients (e.g. vitamins, dietary fibre).
Multi-grade flour production: by adjusting the process parameters (such as roller pressure, mesh size of the sieve), it can produce different categories of high-gluten flour, medium-gluten flour, low-gluten flour and wholemeal flour.
5.Energy efficient
Low energy consumption design: optimise the transmission system and power distribution, reduce no-load loss, energy consumption per unit output is 20%-30% lower than traditional equipment.
Dust recovery system: equipped with pulse dust removal device, recovering the dust escaping from the grinding process, reducing the waste of raw materials and environmental pollution.
6.Intelligent control
Automatic operation: integrated PLC control system, realising the functions of parameter setting, fault alarm, data recording, etc., reducing manual intervention.
Internet of Things support: some of the equipment supports remote monitoring, real-time analysis of output, energy consumption and other data to optimise production management.
