As an important agricultural country in North Africa, Egypt’s demand for grain processing equipment has been increasing in recent years. In order to improve the production efficiency and product quality of the enterprise, Mr Abdou, the head of a famous Egyptian grain processing enterprise, came to China in October 2024 to make a field inspection of our company.
The focus of Mr Abdou’s visit was on complete sets of wheat milling equipment and grain cleaning equipment. Egypt is one of the world’s largest wheat importers and imports a large amount of wheat every year to meet domestic demand. Therefore, he hopes to introduce a set of high-efficiency, energy-saving equipment adapted to the local demand, in order to enhance the production capacity and market competitiveness of the enterprise.
During the visit, Mr Abdou showed great interest in our production equipment and technology. He paid special attention to the automation degree, ease of operation and maintenance cost of the equipment. Our technical team introduced in detail the advanced technology of the equipment, such as the efficient cleaning system, intelligent screening technology, and customised production line configuration. In addition, in response to the high demand for quality and efficiency of grain processing in Egypt, our company provides optimised equipment solutions to ensure stable operation of the equipment even under high load conditions.
Mr Abdou witnessed the operation of the equipment during his visit to the production workshop. He was impressed by the efficient performance and stability of the equipment, especially its excellent performance in handling wheat with high humidity, which gave him confidence in its adaptability. After the inspection, he decided to purchase a set of complete wheat milling equipment with a daily processing capacity of 100 tonnes.
At present, the equipment has been successfully delivered and put into use. Feedback from Mr Abdou: ‘The equipment runs stably, the capacity is beyond expectation, the operation is easy and the maintenance cost is low. Your after-sales service is also very timely, which solves our worries.’ He also said that he will continue to cooperate with our company in the future to further improve the mechanisation level of the enterprise.
This cooperation not only provides Egyptian customers with advanced grain processing equipment, but also further consolidates our company’s position in the African market and contributes to China-Egypt agricultural cooperation.
