It is suitable for hot pressing of sesame, rapeseed, cottonseed, almond, soybean, sunflower seed, walnut, peanut and other oil crops, and can also be adapted to the raw pressing of oil crops.
This machine is composed of feeding hopper, gear box, press cage, press screw, round row, strip row, cake mouth, tip, frame, oil cylinder, vacuum pump, motor and other components.
The working principle is to use the material embryo in the press chamber by the continuous advancement of the screw and the change of the volume of the space in the press chamber from large to small, and subject to a great squeeze pressure, so that the oil from the material embryo extrusion, and from the gap in the rows and round rows of oil grooves discharged after the deep-level filtration of the cylinder,can be directly loaded in barrels for consumption.

The working principle of hydraulic oil press is as follows:
Hydraulic oil press mainly relies on the strong pressure generated by the hydraulic system to extract oil.
The process is: the pre-treated oil is placed in the press chamber, and then the hydraulic system drives the cylinder piston, exerting great pressure on the oil. Under the pressure, the oil cells are gradually squeezed and broken, and the grease is squeezed out from inside the oil.
As the pressure continues to increase, the oil continues to flow out, and through the gap inside the press chamber or a special oil outlet channel to collect and flow out. The dried oil cake stays in the press chamber.
This type of oil press has higher and even pressure, which can extract the oil in the oil material more fully, but the working efficiency may be lower than that of screw press.

It is suitable for hot pressing sesame, rapeseed, cottonseed, almond, soybean, sunflower seed, walnut, peanut and other oil crops, and also can be adapted to the raw pressing of oil crops.
