1.Process Flow

2.Pretreatment of raw materials
In the production process of edible oil, the whole preparation process from the raw material to the extraction of edible oil is collectively referred to as oil pretreatment.
Oil pretreatment includes a series of steps such as oil drying, color sorting, crushing, softening, peeling, extruding and expanding, flaking, steaming and frying, and  oil manufacture . Oil pretreatment equipment includes lifting scraper, dust collector, grading screen, softening tower, crusher, air separator, rolling machine, puffing machine, flap cooler, steam frying pot and so on.
After pretreatment, the impurities in the oil are removed, the service life of the oil processing equipment is extended, and the internal structural state of the oil is improved, which is favorable for the extraction of edible oil.
Pre-treatment applicable oil seeds: soybean, rice bran, sunflower, rapeseed, tea seed, caraway, oyster, cottonseed, walnut, corn germ, peanut, castor seed, palm fruit, sesame, olive, algal oil seeds and so on.

3.Low Temperature Cold Press machinery
The low-temperature cold pressing technology was used to press the dried raw materials and extract the oil.
The temperature of low-temperature cold pressing is generally controlled below 60℃ to avoid high temperature damage to the nutrients and flavor substances in the oils.
During the cold pressing process, the oil is physically pressed without adding any chemical solvents to ensure the pure and natural quality of the oil.

4.Hot press machinery
Edible oil hot pressing is a method of extracting vegetable oils,usually used to extract fats and oils from oil seed crops such as peanuts, soybeans, and rapeseed. The cleaned raw material is heated, either by steam or through a frying pan. The purpose of heating is to denature the proteins in the raw material so that the oil can be separated more easily and the flavor and aroma of the oil can be improved.
The heated raw material is fed into a press, where high pressure is applied by a screw press or other type of pressing equipment to squeeze the oil out of the raw material.
Improve the oil rate：The hot pressing method allows for more efficient oil extraction compared to cold pressing.
Improve the flavor：The heating process helps to enhance the flavor of the oil.
Hot pressing technology is widely used in industrial-scale edible oil production, for most oil crops, especially those that require higher temperatures to effectively extract oil content.

5.Filtering and Refining
According to the needs, the filtered oil and grease can be refined, such as deacidizing, degumming, decolorizing, deodorizing and so on, in order to further improve the quality and stability of the oil and grease.

6.Packaging and Storage
Pack the refined oil, adopt suitable packaging materials and packaging methods to ensure the quality and safety of the oil and grease. The packaged oil and grease should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature environment to prolong the shelf life of the oil and grease.
